Can you Use Capital One Credit Card on Venmo?

In case you didn’t know, Capital One Financial Corporation is a bank holding company located in McLean, Virginia. For starters, they specialize in credit cards, auto loans, banking, and savings accounts. Its operations are mostly in the United States. 

With that said, you cannot add your capital one credit card to your Venmo app. However, you may still use it to transfer funds to your Venmo wallet.

Step 1- Start by logging in to your account using the Capital One Mobile app or using a browser. In case you find the app to be more convenient, you may send a text message “GET” to 80101.

Step 2- Choose an account and then choose the “Transfer” option at the top of the page.

Step 3- Now you will see an option of “To” and “From”, pick the date and enter the desired amount that you wish to transfer.

Step 4- Once you are through by entering the desired amount now the “Transfer” slider would appear. Slide it in order to confirm the payment.

Does capital one credit card work on Venmo?

Capital one credit card cannot be used on the Venmo app as both the firms are competitors of each other, and moreover, the Venmo platform is a peer-to-peer system. How to link the Capital One account to Venmo?
