• Those women who have completed 50 years under the Indira Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee program are also eligible to get a free mobile phone.
• Women who want to go for the phone must be permanent residents of Rajasthan.
• Female family heads of Chiranjeevi families can apply for a mobile phone with them.
