G Shala App: How to Login & Register & Use it on PC?

G-Shala app is the abbreviation of Gujarat-Student’s Holistic Adaptive Learning App. It is an e-Content LMS (Learning Management System) app for classes 1 to 12.

Developed and designed by the Gujarat Council of School Education, Samagra Shiksha, and the Education Department, Govt. Of Gujarat, this app is based on the Gujarat State Education Board (GSEB) syllabus.

What is G shala app?

G-Shala is a platform-agnostic and device-independent app. It offers interactive 2D and 3D e-content for all subjects of the Gujarat board inclusive of science and general subjects from classes 1 to 12. The e-learning content is mapped with the textbooks of the Gujarat Council of School Education.

Besides this, the G-Shala app also offers reference learning material, guidebooks, topics mapped with learning outcomes, virtual simulators to mimic lab experiments, instructor-led videos, and self-learning as well as self-assessment modules. For teachers, there are several pre-classroom modules.

The app is available for download in the Google Play Store and other app stores. It enjoys a rating of 3.4 stars in Google Play.

How to Install G shala app on Android?

You can download the G-Shala app from Google Play or third-party app stores via their APK files. If you are installing the app from Google Play then you can simply click the install button.

If you are downloading the app via APK files, then you must ensure to enable the “install apps from unknown sources” option from the smartphone settings > security section.

How to do G shala app registration?

Follow the below-given steps to do G-Shala app registration:

• First of all, download the app and then launch the app on your smartphone.
• Then, click the sign-up button and fill up your details in the relevant fields.
• Select if you are a student or teacher, and provide your parent’s or legal guardian’s phone number, and student ID. You can find the student ID from the SSA web portal.
• The student ID will automatically fetch the student’s name and class automatically.
• Now you have to enter a password of your choice and then re-enter the password.
• Finally, click the Sign-Up button.

You can log into the app after registering with your student ID or mobile number and your chosen password.

If you want to open the G-Shala e-learning portal on your laptop or PC, then you can go to the official website of G-Shala at https://gshala.schoolnetindia.com/ and log in with your student ID or mobile number and the password chosen at the time of registering on the G-Shala portal.

Once you log in, you will find class-wise modules and assessments.
